A medical affairs team had a symposium at the ICM in the morning and an advisory board with four clinicians in town at lunch. One V-Class took the whole panel there and back, and everyone was in their seat for the afternoon session.
A symposium chair's flight into MUC was delayed on the morning of his talk. We tracked it, the car was at arrivals when he came through, and he reached the ICM with time to check his slides.
