Two days of stages and investor meetings at the ICM in Riem, then the closing day on the Wiesn. On 30 September the whole crowd moves from the fairground to Theresienwiese and Munich's taxis are at their scarcest. The Theresienwiese itself is car-free: we agree a corner on Bavariaring or Theresienhöhe, and the chauffeur waits nearby until you write.
